Bob Lockwood joined Dawnbreaker in August of 2004. Mr. Lockwood has over 35 years of management experience including General Management, strategic planning, financial management, sales operations, technology transfer and international operations. He has held senior management positions with Xerox Corporation, The Professional Development Group, The Sutherland Group and Concentrix Corporation.
As General Manager of the Xerox Voice Systems Division, Bob was responsible for the start up of the Division and the successful marketing of voice mail networks to major accounts; carrying full P&L responsibility. Subsequent to launching the Voice Systems Division, he was promoted to General Manager of Xerox's national Telemarketing Operation, responsible for the development and implementation of an inside sales program that delivered increased market share at a 15% reduction in selling costs.
Upon leaving Xerox in 1995, Bob built a successful consulting practice assisting clients such as Eastman Kodak, Frontier Corporation (Global Crossing), Constellation Brands, American Red Cross and Xerox in strategy development and implementation. He expanded his consulting practice in 1997 by joining The Sutherland Group as Director of Consulting Services. In this capacity Bob was successful in bringing over $12 Million in new business to the organization.
In order to further expand his consulting practice in the areas of direct marketing, response management and literature fulfillment, Bob moved to Concentrix Corporation in 2001. Working chiefly with high technology clients, he was successful in delivering the Concentrix integrated response management solution to companies such as Gartner, Xerox and PNC Bank. Bob continues to apply his broad range of management experience by assisting technology based companies in developing their strategic business plans and addressing their sales and marketing challenges.
He holds an M.S. degree in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. degree in Mathematics from St. Lawrence University where he was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate. Bob served three years as a Captain in the U.S. Army Ordnance Corp in Germany.
