Terry has a background in Marketing, Business and Strategic Planning, and Product Development. Terry spent 13 years with Goulds Pumps (an ITT company) in several marketing positions - the last 5 of which were spent leading the business development efforts for a $190 million global parts and service business. Terry has been involved in several acquisitions; spent 4 years as the Marketing Manager for an Eastman Kodak venture company developing Machine Vision products; and 16 years with Taylor Instruments where he held positions in Marketing, Finance, and Engineering in an organization that produced process control equipment; and 5 years as Director of Marketing for Busch Inc., a leading industrial vacuum pump company. Mr. McMahon has an MBA in Finance, a BS degree in Business Management, and Associate degree in Electrical Technology.
