Upon receiving his BS in Information Technology in 2002, he was promoted to IT Manager, heading up the IT Department at Dawnbreaker. In June 2007, Justin moved to Berkeley, CA and became Lead Software Developer, focusing on the development of web-based interactive tools.
Justin continues to develop and improve many Internet-based applications that facilitate business operations. These tools include a Portfolio Tracking System, a Time Management System, and a contact management solution called Taggem, among others. Additionally, many client web tools, such as the Navy TAP e-learning site and the Book Companion site, have been created to help clients maximize their relationship with Dawnbreaker. Justin interfaces with the Graphics Department as well as Executive staff to produce this work.
