Eva holds an MLS from Syracuse University's Information Studies Program, with an educational focus on reengineering, process redesign, user behavior, information flow and retrieval. Eva's professional focus has primarily been in the field of information searching and retrieval.

With over twenty years experience working in libraries, Eva has worked in various library cultures that include Academic, Corporate, Small Business, and Nonprofit library environments.
