Robert (Bob) Larsen joins Dawnbreaker with over 25 years of senior management experience directing the growth of Original Equipment Manufacturing and Service types of businesses, domestically and internationally. Mr. Larsen was General Manager and Senior Vice President of stand-alone divisions of Lockheed Martin Corporation, TransTechnology Corporation, Gull Incorporated and Puritan Bennett Corporation. He developed strategic and tactical plans and streamlined operations by implementing Lean processes to compete in global markets.

With profit responsibility for the entire business infrastructure, including finance, planning, manufacturing, customer support, marketing and sales, he improved existing sales channels and developed new revenue opportunities.

The types of products manufactured ranged from electronic, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, mechanical, metalworking and injection molded. These products served the commercial and well military markets including mission critical and life support applications.

» Restored profitability to a UK service, value added reseller (VAR) and depot repair business.
» Established a profitable service, VAR and depot repair business in Australia.
» Restored profitability to a Michigan service, VAR and depot repair business.
» Transitioned the KC135 fuel management product from prototype qualification to manufacturing, on time, on budget.
» Established a profitable re-manufacturing and test facility in Japan, Taiwan and Korea for Anesthesia Machines and Ventilators.

Mr. Larsen holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business from New York Institute of Technology and was selected and attended the Lockheed Martin Strategic Leadership Program for Senior Executives. He served in the Army as Crew Chief of a helicopter gun team stationed in Vietnam.
