Chris joined Dawnbreaker in 2007 as a human resources assistant where his responsibilities included benefits administration, employee relations, and policy research. Chris's role has expanded beyond human resources to include work on proposal writing in response to solicitations from federal agencies and working as a member of the business development team.

Chris completed dual bachelors degrees in psychology and sociology from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2007. Since joining Dawnbreaker Chris has gone on to get a masters degree in psychology from Medaille College in 2008 and an Ed.D. in executive leadership from St. John Fisher College in 2011.
