Kyle manages the Technical Support team, which he has been a member of for over 5 years. He and his team are responsible for the deployment and maintenance of all employee workstations at Dawnbreaker along with all software installed upon them.

Kyle also helps Dawnbreaker connect virtually with offsite employees and clients using the Adobe Connect web conferencing platform.
