Todd has extensive experience providing commercialization assistance and market analysis services to companies, universities, government organizations, and venture capital groups.

Prior to coming to Dawnbreaker Todd managed commercialization assistance services for over 300 small companies that received funding through the small business innovation research (SBIR) program as well as services specifically tailored to meet the needs of universities and government organizations. In addition, he has provided commercialization and portfolio evaluation services to medium and large Fortune 500, companies. Todd's experiences with University Technology Transfer has come from working at the Technology Licensing Office at Rochester Institute of Technology, providing marketability and patentability recommendations for new inventions. Todd has also consulted with a venture capital group, evaluating venture investment trends, as well as with several high tech seed and startup stage companies.

Todd holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a focus in Physics from Ithaca College and received his MBA with a concentration in Technology Management from Rochester Institute of Technology.
