Kristen joined Dawnbreaker in 2009. After receiving her BA from Canisius College, she continued on to graduate school at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Kristen received her MLS degree in February of 2009. She has prior experience in the areas of corporate librarianship, knowledge management, and competitive intelligence/market research in the private sector. She is skilled at navigating databases and resources such as LexisNexis, Dialog, Business Source Complete, Business Source Premier, Factiva, Hoovers, OneSource, ReferenceUSA, and IBISWorld. Kristen is currently working as a market research analyst on various agency programs.
