The Office of Naval Research (ONR) Support Service Multiple-Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for FY05-09 are designed to provide ONR, its field activities, and the Naval Research Laboratory a streamlined process to acquire professional support services. The ONR MATOC program provides a pool of qualified performers who compete for individual technical, engineering, business, management, administrative, and IT tasks for authorized ONR ordering offices in support of Navy and Marine Corps S&T.

Task Requirements:
[2] Analytical Assessments, Studies & Evaluations for Financial and Business Policy Development
[8] Facilitate and participate in business and financially related IPTs
[10] Planning for command improvements, business case analysis
[11] Business consultant services in planning, management, integration and general business practices
[12] Design, develop, maintain, and support various software and web-based applications and databases
[16] Provide commercialization/transition assistance to ONR and other organizations (such as Navy SBIR/STTR)
