ORTAs
The Office of Research and Technology Applications (ORTA) serve as the focal point for technology transfer activities out of the federal laboratories. Six Navy ORTAs will be showcased in this year's Navy Opportunity Forum. Abstracts for each of the technology can be found in the Virutal Acquisition showcase #203 - 213. Representatives from the participating ORTAs will be available throughout the event at their booths in the exhibit Hall.
