Merely select a state on the map, and a brief overview of relevant programs and links will appear at the bottom of the page. Only initiatives which provide funding are highlighted and useful links to state programs are provided.
What wonderful ideas there are! Pennsylvania, for example, will provide up to $1,000 through its Innovation Travel and Partnership Awards to help support the cost of attending a national or regional SBIR Conference. The New Jersey Bridge Grant Program supports New Jersey’s technology industry by awarding $50,000 grants to entrepreneurs who have both applied for Phase II funding and been identified as potential Phase II SBIR/STTR awardees. Iowa through its Demonstration Fund provides pre-seed capital awards of up to $150,000 to encourage prototype and concept development activities by small and medium-sized Iowa companies in the advanced manufacturing, biosciences, and information technology industries.
