Since 1995 Dawnbreaker has offered training seminars and consulting services to Small Business Development Centers and Departments of Economic Development around the country. Our offerings compliment those already provided by State organizations. Two types of training seminars are provided: (1) those aimed at Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) awardees, as well as (2) train-the-trainer seminars for state service providers. Dawnbreaker's offerings are intended to strengthen the focus of service providers on assisting SBIR and STTR funded companies to successfully transition to Phase III. In addition, we are always pleased to abbreviate our training seminars to become a briefer presentation included as part of a state SBIR/STTR Conference. Our consulting services consist of customized program development for state organizations, market research, and mentoring of local entrepreneurs.
