This Mini-Mag is a companion to the Phase III magazine that Dawnbreaker has produced since 2008. We felt that another publication that shared information regarding the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program would help those who aspire to Phase III commercialization success.

As commercialization is also a metric of success for organizations involved with technology transfer, topics of interest to universities and federal labs will also be included.
