Dawnbreaker® Training Services
Dawnbreaker® has developed numerous tutorial platforms to help small business learn about the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. Each of these platforms uses best instructional practices by presenting the content in a format designed for both auditory and visual learners, while also providing the opportunity to test mastery of the information presented. Between 2016 and 2020 Dawnbreaker® developed Tutorials for SBA. Although, the agency specific tutorials are no longer maintained, most of the “courses” still provide useful information on topics such as SBIR Data Rights, International Traffic in Arms Regulations, Accounting and Finance and Many others. Although Agencies that participate in the SBIR/STTR programs share many features, every program is quite unique. Dawnbreaker® has also developed tutorials for those looking to prepare Phase 1 SBIR/STTR proposals to submit to the Department of Energy and the Department of Homeland Security.
Dawnbreaker® Train-the-Trainer Program
Due to the in-depth knowledge of the SBIR/STTR programs gleaned over a 30-year career, Dawnbreaker® also provides Train-the-Trainer courses using CANVAS as the instructional platform, and designs customized courses for agencies and service providers.
